83 ranges across 56 BC cities publish what a bucket costs. The median cheapest bucket is $6, and the province runs from $2 to $24. Every price below was read off the venue’s own site on Sep 2, 2026 and links back to it.

How we get these prices
Every figure here was read off the range’s own website, not a third-party listing, and the venue name links to a profile page carrying the source URL and the date we checked it. Where a venue publishes several buckets we show the cheapest one a walk-up adult can buy, which means member, junior, student and senior rates are listed on the venue’s own page but kept out of the comparison. Prices are shown as published, so a pre-tax figure stays pre-tax. Ranges we couldn’t find a published price for are not on this page at all rather than shown with a guess.

How much does it cost to hit balls at a driving range in BC?
Across the 83 BC ranges that publish a price, the median cheapest bucket is $6. 72 of them have a bucket under $10 and 16 have one under $5. The full spread runs from $2 to $24, and larger buckets at the same venue cost more.
What is the cheapest driving range in BC?
By price per ball, Meadows Golf Centre in Pitt Meadows at 9.7¢ a ball. By sticker price, Duncan Meadows Golf Course in Duncan sells the cheapest bucket at $2. Those are different questions: the priciest range per ball, Morgan Creek Golf Course, charges 28.6¢, or 2.9 times what Meadows Golf Centre does.
How many balls are in a bucket?
There is no standard, and the spread is bigger than most golfers expect. Among the 48 BC ranges that publish a count, the smallest bucket on offer runs anywhere from 15 to 51 balls, and the largest from 40 to 200. The other 35 ranges price a bucket without saying how many balls it holds, which is why a $5 bucket at one range is not automatically better value than $7 at another.
Why do some ranges not show a price per ball?
Because the venue does not publish a ball count. Dividing a price by a number we guessed would produce a ranking that looks precise and is not, so those ranges are listed separately by bucket price instead.

Every price here was read off the venue's own website on Sep 2, 2026, and each one links back to the page it came from so you can check it. Ranges change prices seasonally, so treat these as a guide and confirm before a long drive.
Do these prices include tax?
As published. Some BC ranges quote pre-tax figures, which is why a few prices land on odd cents like $8.57, and others quote the number you hand over at the counter. We publish what the venue publishes rather than adjusting it.
